Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Nir Kusan, an individual based in Israel and trading as CVaior. You can contact the operator at nirkusan123@gmail.com.

By accessing or using CVaior, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

CVaior provides tools for resume analysis and tailoring, saved candidate information, ATS feedback, and PDF generation. The features available to you are the features shown in the product at the time you use it, and they may change or be discontinued.

Outputs are generated or assisted by AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. CVaior is designed to help you work from information you provide, but you must review every output before using or sharing it and remain responsible for the truthfulness of your resume and applications.

CVaior does not guarantee an ATS score, compatibility with a particular recruitment system, recruiter response, interview, offer, employment, or any other hiring outcome.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

As between you and the operator, you may use generated output produced for you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique, and others may receive similar output. You represent that you have authority to submit and process the content you provide, including another person's data.

You may not use CVaior unlawfully; upload content without authority; impersonate another person; create false credentials or employment claims; infringe rights; distribute malware; probe, attack, overload, bypass, or disrupt security; scrape the service; reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits; automate access beyond provided interfaces; or help others do any of these things.

CVaior relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, AI processing, and analytics. Their services and terms may apply to their processing. CVaior is not responsible for third-party sites you choose to visit or content they provide. See the Privacy Policy for current provider categories and data practices.

CVaior is an early-stage service. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may experience interruptions. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security or legal risk, abuse, or material harm. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You may schedule account deletion in the product. A 30-day grace period begins, the account becomes read-only, and you may explicitly cancel before the stated deadline. Signing in does not cancel deletion. Final deletion normally cannot be reversed.

If you ask us to, we can delete your account and its data immediately instead of after the grace period. Immediate deletion cannot be cancelled or reversed.

You may stop using CVaior at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, continue after termination.

CVaior currently has no subscriptions, payment commitments, or paid features. Paid features may be introduced later, but you will see the applicable price and additional terms before any charge. You will not be charged merely because paid features become available.

The service, software, branding, interface, templates, and operator-provided materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer CVaior intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVaior is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular employment result. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for CVaior in the 12 months before the claim or ILS 500. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse the operator for reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs caused by your unlawful use, content you had no right to process, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent the operator caused the loss.

Israeli law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Israel will have jurisdiction and venue, subject to any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights and forums that apply to you and cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives class-action rights.

We may revise these Terms as the service or law changes. We will update the effective date and version and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to nirkusan123@gmail.com.

If you already accepted an earlier version, a revision does not suspend your account or interrupt your use of CVaior. We show the change in the product, and you can read the current documents at any time and record your acceptance of them in Settings. Where the law requires your express agreement to a particular change, we will ask for it separately rather than rely on continued use.
